Cluster History:
The Preston ICT Cluster.also referred to as ICT Knowledge Forum, was formed in 2008 by Lancaster University’s InfoLab21 in collaboration with UCLAN & Business Link.

Cluster Skills Set:
The group comprises of a broad mix of companies working in the ICT and New Media sectors, two of the fastest growing sectors in the region. However, it is open to all of the creative sector.

Yusuf Musa is the BLNW Digital and Creative sector broker for Preston and South and West Lancs. He has been with Business Link for seven years, prior to that he was self employed as an adviser for various agencies. He has also worked in publishing and has owned and managed IT and related businesses such as web, ecommerce and mobile phone businesses.
