Cluster History:
The West Lancs. ICT Cluster group was formed in 2007 by Lancaster University’s InfoLab21, Business Link and West Lancs. District Council. The councils Enterprising West Lancashire team provide venues and refreshment and promotes the ICT group.

Cluster Skills Set:
The group comprises of a broad mix of companies working in the ICT, New Media and creative sectors, some of the fastest growing sectors in the region.

Average Meeting Frequency: BiMonthly

Meeting Location: Various alternating between Skelmersdale and Ormskirk

Current Chairperson: Wayne Merridew, Antesta Ltd, Revolving chairperson depending on cluster meeting topics.

Yusuf Musa is the BLNW Digital and Creative sector broker for Preston and South and West Lancs. He has been with Business Link for seven years, prior to that he was self employed as an adviser for various agencies. He has also worked in publishing and has owned and managed IT and related businesses such as web, ecommerce and mobile phone businesses.
