Cluster History:
The Pennine Lancashire ICT Cluster, formerly the East Lancashire Digital Alliance, is a consortium of companies working in the digital and creative industries in Pennine Lancashire, supported by the Regenerate Pennine Lancashire, UCLAN, Business Link Lancashire and InfoLab21.

The Pennine Lancashire ICT Cluster acts as a gateway to the skills of the digital and creative industry in East Lancashire helping local companies source innovative business solutions to meet the needs of a changing market place whilst providing a supportive, collaborative community for our members. The Pennine Lancashire ICT Cluster is looking to involve all types of businesses in the area and believes collaboration through technology and knowledge to be an essential asset on the road to growth and success.

Cluster Skills Set:
Supply of Hardware, Software Development, Web Design, Secure Ecommerce, Ebusiness Systems, Accounting Solutions, CAD Systems, Document management, Internet Marketing and many other facets of the Digital Industry.

Average Meeting Frequency: Every 2 Months

Meeting Location:
Meetings are held alternately at the Blackburn Technology Management Centre and the UCLAN's Burnley Campus.
