Cluster History:
The Pennine Lancashire ICT Cluster, formerly the East Lancashire Digital Alliance, is a consortium of companies working in digital industries in Pennine Lancashire, supported by the Lancashire Economic Partnership, Business Link Lancashire and InfoLab21.
The Pennine Lancashire ICT Cluster acts as a gateway to the skills of the digital industry in East Lancashire helping local companies source innovative business solutions to meet the needs of a changing market place whilst providing a supportive, collaborative community for our members.
We are currently seeking new members to expand this cluster.
Cluster Skills Set:
Supply of Hardware, Software Development, Web Design, Secure Ecommerce, Ebusiness Systems, Accounting Solutions, CAD Systems, Document management, Internet Marketing and many other facets of the Digital Industry.
Average Meeting Frequency: Every 2 Months
Meeting Location:
Meetings are held alternately at the Blackburn Technology Management Centre and the Lancashire Digital Technology Centre in Burnley.

Michael Holroyd is the Business Link North West Digital and Creative Broker for Pennine Lancashire. He has an extensive business background, specialising in business to business sales and marketing and general management. He has been a sales and marketing director for two businesses. He has a telecoms background, having worked for three telecoms providers, including nine years with Vodafone, prior to joining Business Link in 2007. His experience covers a wide range of voice and data propositions including mobile IT and converged telecoms solutions. |
