The speaker this month will be Mike Haslin on the subject of procurement to HE and FE institutions.

Mike is the Deputy Director, North Western Universities Purchasing Consortium Ltd www.nwupc.ac.uk  and has over 15 years’ procurement experience gained in the public sector. He has worked for NWUPC for 8 years, where his role has included both training and procurement. Mike is responsible for the development of the contracting strategy for NWUPC working with other HE and FE consortia to develop and co-ordinate a joint contracting programme.
